Our radioactive waste specialist, Kevin Kamps, spoke out against Kaptur’s significantly increased funding support ($53 million) for environmentally unjust consolidated interim storage (CIS) of highly radioactive waste, which would slam Ohio with “Mobile Chornobyl” trains and trucks.
