NM AG Opposes Holtec CISF

On Friday, September 8, 2023, New Mexico Attorney General Raul Torrez filed an Amicus Brief, arguing against the Holtec International license granted by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission. The Friend of the Court Brief is in support of Beyond Nuclear and others’ legal challenges to the NRC license in federal appeals currently before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
