Joint Appendix published in ISP CISF, TX federal appeal

The Joint Appendix has been published in the Interim Storage Partners, LLC consolidated interim storage facility federal appeal.
ISP’s CISF is targeted at Andrews County, Texas.
The Joint Appendix comprises four volumes.
Fasken Land and Minerals, Ltd. and the Permian Basin Land and Royalty Owners’ legal counsel, Kanner & Whiteley, took a lead role in assembling the Joint Appendix. Fasken and PBLRO, like Beyond Nuclear, are opposed to ISP’s CISF.
