Holtec’s ‘sleight of hand’ license transfer of Palisades is a textbook ‘bait & switch’

Purpose: The purpose of the meeting is for Holtec Decommissioning International, LLC to discuss with the NRC staff their plan to submit a license transfer application as part of their regulatory path to potentially request reauthorization of power operation at Palisades Nuclear Plant. A portion of this meeting will be closed to the public (last 30 minutes) due to the licensee discussing proprietary information.
Comments: The meeting will be a hybrid meeting. Please register in advance of the meeting, so that they system has time to forward you the Microsoft Teams link prior to beginning of the meeting.
